CIC or NBT How to Identify (Very Simple)

Your BMW uses one of two systems: CIC or NBT. Both are supported -we just need to match the correct version.

If your iDrive knob has a touchpad → you have NBT

If your iDrive knob has NO touchpad → you have CIC

Heads-Up Display (HUD) Option – Important

Select the HUD version ONLY if your original BMW already has factory Heads-Up Display.

⚠ The HUD function will NOT work if your vehicle was not originally equipped with Heads-Up Display.
Selecting the HUD option on a car without factory HUD will result in no HUD functionality.
