The steering wheel is engineered for direct OEM replacement. Installation requires reusing the original airbag module, multifunction buttons, and paddle shifters. Vehicles not originally fitted with an AMG steering wheel may require additional components such as the airbag cover, multifunction buttons, or paddle shifters.

These vehicles require a full retrofit kit including the correct airbag, multifunction buttons, paddle shifters, and wiring to ensure proper functionality.
